Ingredients
2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Optional: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Add Greek yogurt if using and blend again.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture to a shallow container.
Freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
